  • Guest user：The location is good it is less than one KM from the touristic centre and even if it is located on the top of a hill the slope is not high. The whole city is safe and you can walk even in the night. They offer free parking. We took the Chalet for the price 370 Euro (for 3 nights in the weekend ) which is a bit higher from what I would consider fair for this place. The service is good, the receptionist was kind and helpful. The lady in the restaurant is really kind and helpful as well. They offer also detailed services such as an umbrella in front of each door. But what is a pity is how they are maintaining this place, the maintenance jobs are done carelessly and make the place seems lot older than what it is. The daily cleaning was perfect. If you want to keep the fire on in the fire place, after that you finished the wood that they leave there for you the first night, you should buy the wood. The breakfast is fresh and the variety is not bad.
  • Guest user：Experiência incrível, o quarto é extremamente grande/limpo e organizado, a cama te abra?a de t?o confortável que é, tudo que precisávamos ao solicitar na recep??o éramos prontamente atendidos (deixo um obrigada em especial a Stephanie/Stefanie), café da manh? com op??es muito boas e gostosas, fora o caldo que é servido gratuitamente a noite, foi incrível, numa futura volta iremos nos hospedar novamente com toda certeza!!!

Café fresco e cheios de mimos , limpeza total, quarto cheiroso, e o ambiente estavam perfeitamente limpo, atendimento nota 10 de todos o pessoal, desde, cozinha, café, ajudantes, tudo! água aquecida, Caldinho para afastar o frio(amei), ...tudo em excelente estado e conserva??o, tudo funcionando (obs.: Amei o atendimento da recep??o mito gentil e nos ajudou com os passeios). Local incrível !!! Gratid?o por tudo!!!

Nossos filhos foram muito bem tratados com carinho por todos os funcionários. O café da manh? é o ponto alto, muito gostoso e super bem servido! Com requeij?o, geleia, tudo feito lá mesmo. Quarto bem espa?oso e confortável, limpeza impecável! Muitos passarinhos no local, s?o uma linda companhia. Recomendo fortemente pra famílias com crian?as e também pra casais. Muito gostosa, voltaremos com certeza!
