Guest user：Saturday was a cold and drizly day to go out, but we did anyway and we did not get disappointed at all. We were welcomed with the greatest smiles and warmth by Tshego and Tiny. The waiters are GEMS. Tshepo and Daniel, wooow these guys sure made us feel at home. Took care of every little thing without us asking for it. They made sure that we are warm at all times even moved tables to where a heater was because they saw how cold we were. They were so attentive in their service. Their service was out of this world. I even mentioned it to them. I was completely blown by these guy's sleak and professional service. I will definitely be back and hopefully to sleep over the next time so that I can spend more time in the spa. Jeanette the Spa Manager, wooooow, such hospitality we received from you. Thank you for taking care of us. All these guys deserve a Bells and a raise, they ROCK
Guest user：I was fortunate to be whisked away for a romantic birthday retreat, where we were treated to exceptional service by the staff, from the warm welcome at reception to the attentive care at the spa and the restaurant.
