Very nice and cozy hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful too

Hotel is located at a really nice location with the valley view. If the weather is good(luckily for us it was), then you will get the best view of valley from the hotel. Staff was courteous and quite well in responding for all your queries and to help you as much as possible.

因为有亲子房特意选的这个酒店，房间很宽敞，但一进门就是一股异味儿，外面又是当地居民的房租 养着家禽吧，时不时有一股味儿~
酒店不提供清扫服务，连垃圾桶也不清理就有点理解不了。
早餐品种不算特别丰富，牛肉粉的味道不错。
室内泳池很小，而且一进去就是一股刺鼻的消毒水味，小朋友不建议使用。
地理位置还行，15楼出去步行10分钟可达小镇闹市街区，挺方便。
另 前台工作人员 热玲会简单中文 笑容很nice~

We were impressed by the size of the room and the bathroom. We love that the windows are so big so that we can enjoy the view from the room, which is the highlight of our stay. Our experience in this hotel was fantastic, from the delicious breakfast to the morning view. The service was also great, the staff were always helpful.

The hotel was amazing!
We came earlier than check in time they suggested us for take a rest at executive lounge (at 15th floor) and can use the shower room (before we look around Sapa).
They have restaurant, cafe, swimming pool, gym and SPA.
They do check in at 1st lobby at 1st floor and some taxis will drop you at 2nd lobby at 15th floor.
The room was clean and neat. They gave us 1 person foot herbal bath as complimentary and 30% discount for massage.
The breaksfast had a lot of option, they served pho too!
The staff were helpful and nice :)
For occasion honeymoon they were not provide/ give some special things.

KK Sapa Hotel is a 5 ?? hotel locates at end of Sapa Town. a 10-15 minutes walk to Sapa SunPlaza train Station with lots of restaurants n souvenirs shops along .
It has a big n gorgeous golden hall with very helpful n friendly young Customer Service Staffs.
15th ?level is ?Public lounge for tired hotel customers who arrive early and cannot check it yet for resting, recharging n reading with clean beautiful restrooms n a cafe . there’s a little library ?? there for reading .
You can take a nap n slip ur cuppa ?? viewing the pa romantic mountainous view!?
Hotel buffet breakfast is great with a variety of food served.?
i’ve booked a Double king bed with beautiful mountains view . The room also comes with balcony for you to slip ur coffee n drink ur beer ?? while admiring the misty mountains ??? views.?
there’s a big bathtub ???? n standing showing room with toilet beside.
i’ve enjoyed a pampered lovely staycation celebrating our 2nd honeymoon together ????????

酒店服务员态度非常好，有善。早餐十分丰富，中西日越式食物都可品尝，味道十分满意，坐在窗旁食早餐视觉享受。房间整洁干净，浴室用品齐备。露台风景如画，边喝咖啡边看风景，十分放松心情，休闲首选。只有一个缺点购物不方面。如果酒店内有小卖部更好。??
