  • Guest user：I can tell you that this year Club Selima is one of the better hotels and deserves, in my opinion, a higher category than three stars. The service is at the highest possible level, which even five-star hotels can envy. The food is adapted to three-star hotels, but with the fact that it is very high quality, very tasty, well served, you will never go hungry, the restaurant manager is a fine man who makes sure that everything is as it should be. it should also be emphasized that the animation team is perfect, they are all extra dedicated and try to make your vacation as meaningful and rich as possible for children, it is extremely good and you can let your child absolutely freely enjoy the benefits offered by the El Mouradi Club Selima hotel. We came through the sunline agency from Belgrade, and I would like to thank especially Mrs. Miri, the representative from the online agency at YBC in New Belgrade, who absolutely helped us in choosing a hotel, and we will always use their services in the future.
  • Guest user：Ok so ignore the negative reviews. You get what you pay for. Rooms are pretty dated and basic but didn’t bother us. We leave tomorrow and I will be sad to go. Food has been the best of our Tunisian hotel experiences, plenty of choice although no toaster at breakfast. Yes there has been groups of younger Algerian men but they don’t bother you if you don’t want them to, try actually speaking to them they’re actually really friendly. Special shout out to the animation crew headed by Noori and Leo, absolutely fantastic and plenty to get involved in. Well done to Joe, Bob (Marley), Allah, Raje, Mahmoud and Yassine non stop energy all day and night. Also to bar staff Walid and Amir, we took Stanley cups and they refilled my husbands with beer no problem. I had lemonade in mine. Large bottles of still or sparkling water given on request. I also have to give an extra special mention to Ahmed the pool attendant. This guy is solid gold and keeps everyone amused around the pool. All in all we’ve had an amazing holiday and would definitely come back. Remember the holiday is what you make it x
  • Guest user：séjours du 12 au 19 septembre. franchement un h?tel 3 Etoile, bon rapport qualité prix qui n'a rien a envier au 4 Etoiles. trop de jeune algérien 18 a 28 ans qui arrive par car entier du bled, et qui ne respect rien dans l'h?tel, personnel de la réception débordé, 3 employé pour 40 personne qui attende leur chambre et souvent agressif envers les employé, ces jeunes ne respecte rien au restaurant, passe devant tout le monde, n'ont aucune éducation, n'hésite pas a s'assoir sur votre transat a la plage, en gros c'est un bon h?tel 3 Etoile, mais qui est gaché par tous ces jeune qui veulent faire leur loi. je tiens a remercier hélif celle qui porte le voile rouge a la réception, qui est souriante, aimable, et s'est démené pour confirmer mon transfert retour auprès de TTS vers l'aéroport, ce qui n'était pas gagné, UN GROS MERCI A TOI. dommage aussi au restaurant pas de glace et pastèque au désert alors que j'ai fait pas mal d'h?tel en Tunisie et il' y'en avait toujours, et aussi 3 dinars la location du matelas a la plage dommage. sinon bel plage, La sécurité veille a la plage, les chambres sont correct, un peu loin de la réception. restauration correct. ANNIMATION AU TOP, des vrai PRO bravo a vous. les femmes de ménage font bien leur boulot, et n'hésite pas a vous demander si il vous manque quelque chose. Ma chambre 2206 , nettoyé tous les jours par GIGI qui fait du bon boulot et n'a pas hésité a me demander si il me manquait quelque a l'appeler. merci a toi GIGI. pour conclure bon h?tel 3 Etoile mais dommage, trop de jeune algérien du bled indiscipliné

Ce qui m à attiré le plus c le calme et l architecture du village est magnifique Concernant l'accueil est très chaleureux Pour moi l h?tel dispose de toutes les commodités Disponibilité service room Endroit sécurisé comme si on est chez soi Restauration...diversite et de délicieux plats je salue les chefs et leurs coéquipiers sans oublier les serveurs qui font un travail fatiguant Et en dernier je tiens à remercier et saluer l'équipe d'animation un par un Grace à leurs efforts du matin jusqu au soir pour nous satisfaire sans oublier Mr NOURI la crème du club selima
