呵呵：优点很多。不一一列举。前台很忙，有时候服务会不及时或者有疏忽，比如我要个创可贴等了很久也没人送。我的快递丢了，感谢工作人员帮忙找，查了监控，虽然一直没等到正式道歉和主动协商，但还好最后知道怎么丢了。还是想说，丢的东西不值钱，我可以不追究，也可以很较真，给酒店提醒了，希望引以为戒。另外我希望再次处理这些事情的时候，态度再端正一些（可能换班加很忙，有误会吧第一次去天津旅游第一次入住，这个事挺难忘，希望有缘再会。: 2020-01-04
