G?u?e?s?t? ?U?s?e?r：We stayed here from 26th September til 6th October. When I first booked the reviews were reasonably good however come August they went from 4.5 to practically zero. This was obviously concerning but it was too late to change. I will be as honest as I can from our experience. The hotel caters for mostly Russians and Germans but then again I’d say 80% of the guest are so that makes sense. Pros: beautiful hotel, perfect location, great pools (very cold) beautiful beach and plenty of sun lounges. The beach food is okay, repetitive, same practically everyday, but still okay. The Spa: great massages and hammams, our two ladies Bindu and Sanam were absolutely fantastic and so was Hussain the manager. No complaints there. And that’s where it stops! Cons: Food is the worst we have ever experienced in our 10 visits to Turkey. We’ve never stayed at a hotel that doesn’t have an egg station. Breakfast was very disappointing. The other meals and I would 90% were cold, bland and pretty tasteless. There’s no chance of putting on weight if that’s something you’re worried about. Rooms: our was okay, cleaned everyday and topped with whatever was needed and if something had been forgotten one phone call to reception and it was sorted. Bathroom had no hooks or anything in the shower where you could put your shower gel etc Linen: I’m sorry but they smelled and felt like they hadn’t been washed properly. Beds were hard and the pillows awful which constitutes to bad sleep! Overall the staff I thought were lovely, always ready to look after you with a smile except for the lady behind the desk in the spa..she didn’t manage a single smile not once in the 10 days we stayed.I visited Guest Relations 3 times but there was never anyone there. The staff are aware of the problems in the hotel particularly around cleaning but some of them said our complaints would no difference. Verdict: be prepared to eat out a lot! Would we go there again?…Never!!

I?v?a?9?9?9：Hotel complex is huge, therefore noisy especially when full capacity in summer. We had family resort room on ground floor, on the right side of the picture. Room was big but with old furniture, broken chair, dirty toilet and bathroom. The worst was horrible smell there. Cleaning was everyday but it needs proper cleaning. Entire hotel area seem to me old. I believe staff is doing great job, in restaurant - tasty food despite of quantity, garden well taken care of, entertaiment team doing fun. Many activities for kids, water park, rope park… Pictures on hotel page looks much better than actual. Hotel just simply needs to renew. Good luck.

访?客：Хороший отель, персонал приветливый, кухня на любой вкус, еды очень много и разнообразная, территория зеленая, большая и очень уютная, в бассейнах чисто( писали что грязно) есть правда один нюанс( не совсем воспитанные люди пройдя по клумбе потом моют ноги вместе с тапками в бассейне, но это вопрос к людям)!!! Номера умеренно чистые, без пыли но с пятнами на ковролине, эти пятна уже не отмыть, и есть вопросы по сантехнике( устала она уже нужно кое что заменить) но надо отдать должное всё работает! В номере убирали каждый день, мы даже просили пропустить пару дней уборки)) Минибар пару раз забыли пополнить, но после обращения принесли всё то что не донесли))! Отдельно хочу сказать про пляж, он просто великолепный, чистый, заход пологий и песчаный, с лежаками правда проблемы, народа много и если пришел в 10 то найти лежак проблематично, но в 12 их уже много, в обще это не является чем то таким проблематичным! ИТОГ: Отель хороший, расположение отличное, море и пляж шикарный! Найти негативные моменты можно в любом отеле, кто хочет тот найдет)) В этот отель хочется вернуться ещё!!!
