Guest user：Amazing Property… everything was just perfect. The staff, the rooms, the food, cleanliness…. Not one thing I can raise a finger on.. anytime I visit Darjeeling, I would only stay here. Even the location is amazing, and not to forget the amazing view from the balcony rooms

Guest user：Staff was great— helpful and friendly. The hotel is strictly veg with no alcohol. So if you are looking for some eggs, meat or beer, you are out of luck. The room had a nice balcony with a fantastic view of the 3rd tallest mountain in the world — kangchenjunga. TV had remote control issues which was irritating. Close to taxi stand and a few hundred yards from the train station.

Guest user：5/5 Stars We had an unforgettable stay at Udaan Himalayan Suites and Spa! The architecture and ambience were stunning, with breathtaking views of snow-capped Mt. Kanchenjunga. The staff, particularly Yankila Tamang, provided exceptional service with warm hospitality. Housekeeping was impeccable. However, some areas for improvement: WiFi connectivity was patchy, Tata Sky setup box wasn't working, and room amenities like slippers and hair dryer were missing. Adding recreational activities like books, newspapers, table tennis, pool table, and carom board would enhance the experience. Overall, Udaan's natural beauty and excellent service made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!
