Nice view day, evening and night from floor 17. cozy and relax at high floor.

The staff so friendly.. The rooms also clean but a little bit smelly, I don’t know from where. But overall so good..

First, I was given a room on the 10th floor, room 1003. Upon entering, I noticed a strong smell of smoke, and when I went to use the washroom, I saw that the water closet was not properly cleaned, with visible urine stains left on it.
I called the front desk and requested a room change. Mr. Amir from the Front Office staff provided me with a new key card for room 1103 on the 11th floor.
In this new room, the TV was left on, and the hair dryer drawer was left open by the room attendant. When I took a shower, I found the bathroom floor extremely sticky, making me uncomfortable. Additionally, there were some unsettling pencil marks on the toilet door, which made me feel uneasy.
After informing the front desk about these cleanliness issues, I was moved again to room 1205 on the 12th floor.
I feel this situation highlights some serious issues within the housekeeping department. Manager Hafiz should take action regarding cleanliness standards, and it’s surprising that the Housekeeping Supervisor didn’t notice these issues in a room prepared for a guest.
The front desk staff, however, provided good service. Special thanks to Mr. Amir and the female front desk staff who assisted me with check-in.

Clean and nice room. I have no complaints. Variety of brekfast menu. If i came to bangi. This is my preferred hotel. I left my luggage for whole day at the reception. got luggage tag to avoid switched.

Checked in at night around 9.45 p.m at Hotels Apartment Check in process was easy and fast.
I entered the room and found 2 aircond (acson & york) but with a common Remote control. Aircond brand York in the bedroom cannot use this remote.
I did call the front desk the next morning to provide a remote control for the bedroom's aircond before I went to work.
I came back late afternoon and this issue was not resolved. I went to front desk asking second time for the remote.
End up the 3 nights sleeping in freezing or over the sofa. Frustrated on the maintenance respond to attend issue of my room.
Also the toilet shower bathtub have no anti slip mat. Please be very cautious. The water flow of the shower also quite slow.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Got muslimah swimming pool. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. Best staycation so far. Sure will come again.

Everything ok for me. Easy to park and have to pay rm5. Got kitchen tools that u can rent for free but have to pay deposit RM100. Got gym and pool for female. Aircond not function well looks like old aircond not so cool. Toilet sometimes got smelly. The apartment provide kitchen that u can cook. Got balcony. Got bathtub. But surrounding sometimes noisy and u cant sleep. And sometimes feel creepy.

This is the first time I stayed in Tenera, and will be my final one too. It was raining heavily on 22/11 and we couldnt see clearly the lines on the road. Our family just back to the hotel by driving our car. There was a car in front of us who stopped for no reason, so we by passed it and suddenly a security stood in front of us. I quickly stopped my car. It was a shocked for us. But the security was so fierce and acted like he wanted to punch us outside the car. Another security came and pointed at us. We were so scared. They were like the "********" rather than security. It was so scary. We told the counter "Mira", she was very nice and kept apologising. It wasnt her fault at all but she kept saying sorry. She is a very good staff. Hence we are not going there anymore. Too scary as they treat hotel guests like that. Scary. We were so scared that we immediately left the next day. We dunno what would happen to our car and us if we didnt leave immediately.
