The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities that made our stay truly comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the attention to detail in every corner of the room was remarkable. What truly stood out was the elegant decor, which created a warm and inviting ambiance, perfect for celebrating our anniversary. It felt as though every detail was curated to make our special occasion even more memorable.

Great location - near 1 Utama Shopping Center (largest in Malaysia) and Bandar Utama MRT Station. MRT goes directly to Bintang area/Pavillion) and TRX.

The hotel has a nice view overlooking the twin towers. There is a partition between the toilet and the shower which was nice as well. The bell boys were really friendly too. The bed sheets were not the cleanest but still tolerable. Hotel was located near 1-Utama, able to walk via the link bridge which was super convenient. Went up to the highest floor to have some food but the service staff do not really know their things though they have nice personality. Hope to have more complimentary TV entertainment features like Netflix or Disney+. Swimming pool's view was not bad but nothing much to do and unable to swim when it rains as there was no shelter.

From the time that we arrived till we checked out, everything was great. Staffs was helpful and friendly. Checking in was seamless as well. We were lucky to be upgraded to exec suite for free due to overwhelming guests. Kids love the big room but even their deluxe room that my siblings was in was very comfortable. Room and toilet was very clean. Housekeeping was fast efficient as well. Thank you to all the staffs at M World hotel for making our stay a pleasant one and a shout out to Mr Firdaus for always assisting us daily and giving us great recommendations. It was a relaxing and enjoyable stay for us 4 families :)

酒店服务好，泳池靓，早餐丰富多种类，酒店设施不错，住的双床房，冷气足够，环境各样都好好，邻近有商场好方便

The location is very convenient as it is just 5 mins walk to the MRT station and about 15 mins walk to shopping centre 1Utama which has major brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Hai Di Lao, H&M etc. The rooms are spacious and clean! I like that the room deco are up to date being one of the newest hotel in that district. Amenities are aplenty for families with younger kids. Saltwater infinity pool is beautiful (but need to do regular cleaning as there were moss inside the pool, that was the only downside of the amenities provided) The staffs have been friendly, efficient and guest oriented! I do hope they keep up the great level of service and maintenance of the hotel! I will definitely come back again for my next stay!

Public transport walkable distance, connected to a huge mall! Love the decor, super clean! Welcome drink. Superb water pressure! Playroom for kids! Pool under shade and suitable depth for kids (including babies) Price wise also didn’t burn a hole in the wallet so ??????

this hotel is absolutely fantastic! the room is wide, the single beds are wide, all the facilities are contemporary. the cleanliness is very good. all the staff are welcoming. when i ask for directions to One Utama, they offered me a van to help me(with baby in the carrier) and my family to get there. i will repeat this hotel again.

Positives: A great hotel to stay to get away from the Bukit Bintang jams. Conveniently connected with 1Utama, which has all sorts of restaurants and shops. Hotel generously placed 2 rooms side by side for our family. Requested ice bucket to the room which came so quickly. Negatives: We stayed at room 2119 for 3D2N. When I first stepped in, there was a dusty and damp smell. The smell got better when we left the toilet doors closed, but were subjected to smelling it in a more concentrated form when in the toilet. Our check out time was at 12PM. Usually on checkout day, there is no refreshing of room. On the morning of check out, we went out and returned at 11.30AM. We found one of our room was refreshed, and our items and grapes in the fridge were thrown away. Liaising between the reception and cleaning crew could be better.

非常好??房间大，且设施很新，服务很好，早餐很好，大堂装修豪华。 地铁方便，旁边就是商场，吃的也多。海底捞、四川火锅，杨国福麻辣烫、韩国烤肉等应有尽有！
