Guest user：The staff is very nice and welcoming. The room was comfy but had minor flaws (e.g. shower didn’t drain properly). The location was half way between Istanbul city center and the SAW airport. All in all worth the money but no 5 star hotel, at least in my books. I can still recommend it to others.

Guest user：Lovely hotel, though the price is a bit high for Turkiye. Absolutely exceptional staff! Had such a great time conversing with several of the concierge and the pool staff. All extremely friendly and going out of their way to help you by all means. Very attentive, helped us with a last minute airport transfer request and stayed with us the entire time while we waited for the cab. The housekeeping is wonderful, they did not bother us at all and always seemed to come exactly while we were away (we would leave for lunch sometimes and come back to a clean room, which was nice). The indoor pool was a little cold, though mind you it was around 17°C in Istanbul at night. You are required to wear a swimming cap to swim in the pool, if you do not have one you can buy one for about 70 liras iirc. Rooms are not well soundproofed, could hear everything going on in the hallway which was a bit bothersome at night. We did not have the breakfasts but room service is very reasonably priced. Security smiles at you with every entrance and exit :) Thank you for the stay, will definitely stay here again if we are in the city!
