  • 访?客：Best combination of Wellness and Petting Farm … like the concept of animals being allowed to mix with guests large variety of animals vast expanse of resort all sorts of therapies …only negative was construction noise next to my villa and miscommunication with the Spa guys as they cancelled my booking otherwise all good

The resort is a charming and serene haven, nestled amidst nature with expansive grounds surrounded by rolling hills. It offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I visited solo to focus on wellness treatments, relaxation, and solitude, and this place exceeded all my expectations. The property is vast, impeccably maintained, and beautifully situated by a serene dam, set against a stunning mountainous backdrop. The Ayurveda Centre at the resort offers a wide range of therapeutic treatments, all of which were incredibly soothing and rejuvenating. The therapists and doctors are highly skilled and knowledgeable, providing personalized recommendations for both treatments and diet to support overall well-being. Beyond wellness, the property also features agro-farming, flora farming, and various other activities that made my retreat even more enjoyable. The staff across all departments—housekeeping, front desk, sales, security, and restaurant—were consistently warm, professional, and attentive. They went out of their way to accommodate my dietary preferences, ensuring I had a seamless experience throughout my stay. This is truly a remarkable destination for anyone seeking peace, relaxation, and a touch of adventure. I would absolutely love to return.
  • 访?客：Without going into much detail the start of the resort journey was a bit dull ( I guess the first impression for the money we paid ) but I have to say they made it up. Thanks to Gravit, Restaurant Manager, Harshal and the Fazalin team. We had two babies under 3 years old and they looked after our kids like family - special request for baby food / milk at nights, helping us to tidy the room as babies made room dirty in few hours. Great work as a team - helped us without second thoughts. We have created some beautiful memories as a family - horse riding, feeding goats, feeding rabbits , bicycle riding etc our little one absolutely loved it. Because we had babies we could not attend any yoga activities or SPA - cannot comment on those. Think, they could do more awareness about activities by staff talking about activities during breakfast - encouraging guests to go to activities. Also, some chilled or meditation music during breakfast, lunch and dinner - to create vibe. More varieties of activities rather than having the same schedule everyday - include activities for babies. Note, The standard Premium rooms are on the smaller side compared to the same price we pay for other resorts. The restaurant's food is great - fresh vegetables and fruits from their garden. Kids will love it. They made a special Veg BBQ based on our request. No Mosquito or any flies given that they have such big open space near the Lake. This is the first resort I have seen who has no flies at all - babies were playing outside all the time and they didn't have any mosquito bites, no mosquito repellent. Last point, I would say is the Attitude! They are willing to help and fix it straight away in case something is not as per your expectations. Thank you for the great time we had at your resort.
