The attention to detail and care taken with guests makes you feel so special. Every member of staff we spoke to at the hotel and the restaurant made us feel so welcome. So many beautiful touches - the room upgrade, choice of champagne on arrival, the famous lemon drizzle. Worth every penny. No expense spared. Luxury at its finest.

g?l?o?b?a?l?-?a?n?t：Celebrating a special birthday and decided this was the place to be. Exceptional customer service, all staff amazing! The 7 course tasting menu was a feast for the eyes, beautifully presented and the flavours outstanding. Very pleased to see this was available as a vegan, even at breakfast was offered vegan pastries. Our room was lovely and had lots of character situated in the older part of the building. Would recommend a tour of the grounds. I learnt a lot and the values of utilising whatever is grown and biodiversity are things close to my heart. Definitely will be back soon.

A?l?e?x? ?S：From the moment my husband and I arrived at this outstanding property, we were treated like royalty. The check-in team were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Being welcomed with a glass of Vintage Champagne is a pretty impressive start! Our room, Jade, was dreamy, the most comfortable and luxurious bed, steam room/shower, gorgeous toiletries, lots of extra treats that I won't spoil for future guests. If any negatives could be worked on, it would be the staff that look after the guests having drinks outside could be more attentive. We were largely ignored, and my decaf tea was so weak, no teabag in the pot and no leaves?? But that's where it ends. Staff I would like to mention are Chris from Moffat, superb, quietly reading the room like a pro, and a joy to chat to. The lovely Irish Waitress and the AMAZING housekeeping staff. This place is a treat and we can't wait to return.
