Guest user：The room was clean and a decent size for 1 person. The staff were friendly. The location is good - near everything but in a side street so quieter. Uber struggled to get there due to roadworks but picked up on the perpendicular road.

Guest user：We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, it was very spacious and clean. Full kitchen with washer & dryer. The Front office staff was very helpful and friendly. Great service! Location is excellent, right in the center of Queens St. Next to the hotel is a Hong kong restaurant (BBQ king) , the food is excellent!
