La atención gana a las, ya de por sí, buenas instalaciones y maravillosa ubicación. Resaltar el trato recibido por Chanuth en el restaurante, excelente educación y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en lo que uno necesite. Un hotel muy bueno en una ciudad increíble.

Wer einen für Ella "ruhigeren" und weniger Diesel-geschw?ngerten Stop für einen Kaffe oder Tee sucht oder ein ortstypisches Curry-Buffet genie?en m?chte, der findet in der offenen Anlage des Oak Ray eine Oase im Trubel Ellas. Nalaka und seine Kollegen sind sehr hilfsbereit! Und ein weiterer Vorzug: Vom Treiben Ellas verpasst man nichts, denn die zentrale Lage des Oak Ray an der Ecke Ella Road/Passara Road (von dort geht's zur Nine Arche Bridge) sichert ein "Mittendrin"!

Fomos recebidos sempre de sorriso no rosto e com o quarto lindíssimo, arranjado para nos desejar uma feliz lua de mel. O jantar estava excelente, dentro do que pretendemos nesta viagem, experimentar coisas diferentes e a diversidade do buffet de restaurante deu-nos essa oportunidade, em conjunto com o sempre prestável e simpático Nalaka!

Unglaublich tolles hotel und super Essen. Meine Freundin hatte an dem Tag Geburtstag und sie haben das Zimmer und das Essen toll dekoriert. Am Ende gab es noch einen Kuchen mit happy birthday. Das Essen war toll & die Menschen sehr sehr nett. Wir würden das hotel definitiv sofort weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team

Situated at the downtown, clean hotel, and courteous staff. Food was good, but only downside is not naming vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes which was challenging for our family which had many vegetarians. It was a memorable stay at the beautiful Ella.

A nice excperience in the centre of Ella, chef Chamille thoughts a lot about the food and Sri Lankan culture. The food was fresh and clean. You have to help with the meal but they will help you prepare it. We saw some old Sri Lankan cooking gear wich were new to us

I recently stayed at the Ella Gap Hotel and had an exceptional experience. The location is perfect, offering stunning views of the surrounding hills and lush greenery. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a variety of options. Overall, Ella Gap Hotel is a fantastic place to stay for anyone visiting the area. Highly recommended!

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad bij dit hotel. De ligging is top, het ontbijt is goed en de medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk. Enige nadeel is dat het erg gehorig is in het hotel, waardoor je de buren kan horen douchen en je hierdoor vroeg in de ochtend al wakker wordt.
