G?u?e?s?t? ?U?s?e?r：Superb boutique hotel! Super clean, quiet, stylish. Rooms are big, staff super nice and helpful, beautiful spa area, pool & jacuzzi + sauna & hammam. Food (dinner, breakfast) also delightful. Very comfortable bed and pillows, shutters to make rooms dark. Aircon & heating of course in the room. Easy parking. A stone throw from the Crans Montana center and the international summer camp (less than 5min walk): would recommend to stay here is you drop your children to the camp. Loved every moment of my stay!

It has been a very relaxing experience with staff which go beyond their duty to ensure you have everything you need. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. The restaurant matches the quality of the hotel with superb quality food and wine. The room and all round facilities are spotless and kept to a very high standard. I really hope we can book another stay in the near future.

G?u?e?s?t? ?U?s?e?r：A very nice hotel situated in a beautiful town. Excellent staff, attentive, and always trying to be helpful. Food was excellent esp the breakfast. Rooms are comfortable with magnificent views. We were in a mid-range room.

G?u?e?s?t? ?U?s?e?r：We had a wonderful weekend at the Aida Hotel + Spa. Our room was very spacious and decorated with taste. The spa was well equipped and absolutely beautiful. But what sets this hotel apart from the others is the service and attention to details. All of the hotel staff that we met were very professional, kind and friendly. We would like to specifically mention the woman who served us at breakfast (Belgian). What excellent and friendly service, and we appreciated the special departure gift that she arranged!
