G?u?e?s?t? ?U?s?e?r：We had high hopes but it sadly did not live up to our expectations. Interior is in a nice style at advertised but was overall quite cold (in February), which heating could not really help with (especially bathroom without heating). It is also not sound proofed at all and even though other guest weren't noisy you heard quite loudly them coming back at night etc. Breakfast is also not just basic but nearly not "existing" some bread, marmalade, cornflacks and milk - definitely no recommendations to pay for if you can avoid it. Also no mask from staff, not even while preparing / restocking the buffet - therefore also mone of the guest cared which made everything quite unhygienic. Quite a difference to the rest of Portugal during that time were we always felt save. Service 5/10 Location 7/10 Breakfast 5/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Room/Facilities 8/10 Price Value 7/10 (€62 in Feb)

G?u?e?s?t? ?U?s?e?r：+Pool, ac and coffee, -disinterested staff Pool is a real plus, though it is unheated (fine with me). Good free coffee 24/7 and ac in the room. Compared to other places I stayed on the Rota I found the staff to be disinterested. No welcome, no information, not unhelpful if asked but head down on laptop/phone. Breakfast is good but starts at 8.30 which is no good for walkers, could easily offer some basic bread/cheese/muesli.

G?u?e?s?t? ?U?s?e?r：Need to improve the breakfast. The variety of food is too low and the quantity is good. Great room, very big and wonderful bed. Great shower. Parking near by. WiFi works good. A very quiet place even with a public sports place near by. (Tennis or squash court, I do not know).

W?a?y?n?e? ?J：So we stayed here for 4 nights in April 2023 having read the mixed reviews which quite frankly don’t make sense. Staff are really friendly, place is spotless and they cleaned our rooms every day. Pool is huge albeit not heated but hey. Continental breakfast muesli, fresh fruit, yoghurt, different milks, lovely fresh bread, ham, cheese, jams. 6+ restaurants within 15 minutes walk. Padel courts on site - we loved our stay - special thanks to Oli who was a star. Fab beaches within 10 minute drive we do recommend a car
