Guest：Had a brilliant stay. It was clean, in a good location with city view, served a great breakfast and the staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again and again.
Guest：As the name would imply, the hotel is located uphill from the main street of the town. The rooms were spacious and were separated by a wall, so each person had their own section. The bathroom was an issue as the toilet, sink and shower were all in the same place, so that if someone had a shower, the whole floor would get wet. The wi-fi was inconsistent but worked better in the dining area. The restaurant had minimal options and you had to order what you wanted for the evening hours beforehand. I did not expect too much from this hotel but the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in finding us something to do on our free day there. There are no lifts, so a bit of walking to do to get to your room.

Guest：海外の洗礼。 Wi-Fiが使えない部屋に通され调査を求めたが「时间がかかる、満室なので部屋は変えられない」とのこと。その后4时间待ち、最终的にやはり部屋を変えることができると、しかも候补部屋は３つ。満室とは？？また、同室はお汤も出ず水でシャワーを浴びる羽目になった。
