G?u?e?s?t? ?U?s?e?r：We headed to Seefeld just for a couple of days with the intent to walk / hike around the foot of the Alps. We were swept off our feet by the hospitality offered by the Resort - early check in; a welcome snack on arrival; and prompt delivery of our luggage. The experience continued with healthy meals all through our stay; spacious grounds to spread out the guests; amazing masseuse at the spa; and an aesthetic and fully functional gym. We will be back!
G?u?e?s?t? ?U?s?e?r：Super hotel with great location. In the middle of the city and nearby the mountains, natur. Big SPA area, fitness.... The atmosphere is relaxing, service is 5 from 5! Hotel is big ebough, enough space for family, couples... Not disturbing.
G?u?e?s?t? ?U?s?e?r：Best hotel we have ever stayed at! We have traveled all over the world and enjoyed many spas and resorts but this one blew us away. We were wowed by the beautiful details and service. We had a junior wellness suite and it was so pampering - definitely worth it! We had our own sauna on our patio! They spoiled us!
G?u?e?s?t? ?U?s?e?r：We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Klosterbr?u from 29th Nov - 1st Dec and it was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in all my years of travel. We booked a Nature Double Room which was gorgeous (I believe this is one of their newer rooms) - and this came with a mind blowing view of the outside. We opted for full board , and what a good decision it was. Breakfast and Dinner service was excellent and the servers were attentive and polite. I loved how we were assigned the same table with our name on it for all 4 days. It’s the little attention to details such as providing us with an English newsletter daily (knowing that we only spoke English) - and providing a flask of water on the 2nd day (after we requested for it on the first night) which made it feel that we were well looked after. The food spread was impressive - delicious + large spread. There are tons of activities to book with the hotel. We had a hike with Thomas on the 2nd day - and again, although we did not speak German, we were grateful that the guide made every effort to switch between both languages The front desk was very helpful. On the very day we were supposed to leave for Garmisch- our cab failed to turn up due to the bad weather (zero fault of the hotel). The concierge spent every effort in ensuring that they were able to get a replacement cab for us. Before we left , the concierge asked us to choose a small gift to take away with us (I believe this is done for all guests). Again - it comes at little costs to the hotel im sure- but things like this speaks volumes of the thoughtfulness we’ve experienced during our stay there.
