Guest：Apart from a hiccup at the beginning waiting for staff to arrive to check in we cannot fault this hotel. Our room was in fact a suite with a four poster bed and enormous bathroom.The service and food at breakfast ( included in the price ) was excellent. The whole experience was great value for money.

Guest：Hereford This could be an excellent hotel - whilst clean maintenance and repair is need in rooms and outside - not everything worked - it is a beautiful building needs a bit of investment although did not affect comfort of stay to any great extent
