He took the time to listen carefully to our concerns, showed genuine understanding, and worked toward providing solutions. His calm, respectful, and hands-on approach made us feel valued as guests and reflected his passion for hospitality. To make this hotel a true gem, there are just a couple of small areas for improvement. Communication with some staff can be challenging at times, and the buffet breakfast could benefit from a wider variety of options. Addressing these would elevate the overall experience even further.
