Guest：Decent stay - beds are comfortable, hotel is new but they need to be careful and offer more services. A few things I found. 1. The receptionists are eager to help and take up the responsibility but it does not drill down to the staff 2. Everyone expects to do lesser work than what they are required to do 3. When they clean the room, they don’t use fresh linens unless you ask them to. They don’t have in house laundry so the boys cut corners. They just flip the existing sheet and set the bed up. I asked for towel change and while they cleaned their dirty footwear on the towel on the floor, they did not care to even lift it and change it. I had to throw it out of the room and keep reminding them. 4. You have to ask for everything multiple times. I found it easy to ask for one thing at a time - like when you talk to a child and unfortunately this means that the poor boys have to make multiple trips. Even then, they disappear after a while. 5. The breakfast offered is good 6. Price of stay is slightly expensive 7. Check in was harrowing. They couldn’t find my booking and another guest’s booking too, Overall - ok place to stay now - but could be good if they take care of these little things.
