Guest：I booked a room in the hotel Grey Castle Haridwar on 28th April2022 for stay for 11-15 th June after interaction with Hotel executive through YATRA online portal , paid full amount and received confirmation mail. However when we reached in the morning of 11th June, the Hotelier showed complete ignorance about the booking stating no communication from YATRA and stressed that even if they get confirmation now, no room will be provided. After a lot of persuation they agreed to provide room but check in was delayed and done at 01:30 p.m. Request to be cautious while booking through YATRA on line portal. Room, service, restaurant etc. is okay.

Guest：Staff is very irresponsible for their duties.They use very bad behaviour with visitors.we booked 4 rooms since 1 month ago and also give half advance payment.we have official mail from their side but when we reach there with family and children they told us ur booking is not Today. They The person who attended us on reception was very rude .He said we don't have any mail from customer care u can go and told them .we show him our booking mail but he again said we aren't responsible go there. They said from our side u have booking tomorrow we have not any option so we compromised with their rooms whichever they provided us on different floors and different buildings.we suffered very much because we have not any other option.All in all we are very dissatisfied with their services.

Guest：Not exactly, what is shown in the picture. They charged us Rs.1300/= per room which is not worth . If you visit kitchen, it's in bad shape. If you are taking car , you have to enter a narrow lane . We had planned two days stay, which was made to one day and they agreed.
