  • Guest：Stay in santiago Base for various trips. Great location. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Comfortable rooms. Decor was lovely.
  • Guest：Charming hotel, lovely staff. Great breakfast. Just a very homey, simpatico place. Easy walk to the Metro and to restaurants. We will definitely stay there next visit.
  • Guest：Friendly, personable, very welcoming and comfortable accommodation centrally located within 5 / 10 min walk of Baquedano metro the sights, restaurants and bars in Bellavista and Lastarria. Single rooms/ bathrooms are very compact, however, the double rooms upstairs have more space and light. Breakfast was very generous with fresh (yes, fresh) juice, natural or sweetened yoghurt, fruit, bread, jam plus soft / hard boiled eggs. All the staff, especially the women at reception and in the kitchen were lovely and very helpful. Also a very nice gift shop next door selling locally made arts and crafts unlike many of the souvenir shops in Chile
  • Guest：Clean and relaxing environment, was a great place to base ourselves from to look around Santiago. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. I felt very safe staying here. Would definitely stay here again if we were back in Santiago
