Guest：We are so sad to have only stayed here one night. The staff from the start were amazing. Traveling with kids can be nerve wracking, and Mela and team made everything seamless. Provided a comfy travel cot for out baby, and brought out the sofa bed for our 7 yo. The rooms are spacious, well equipped for people staying multiple days. Location is fab. Everything within walking distance. Mela provided us with lots of activities, places, and things to do in the area. Christmas time in Seville is beautiful. Highly recommend Casa Palacio for a memorable stay.

Guest：La limpieza, muy desagradable experiencia Encontrar cabellos que no son tuyos Pues Acabas de llegar a la habitación en la Regadera, en las Cornisas del piso, En el frigo bar, en la Mesa De centro además de un muy mal Olor a suciedad (no a humedad o antigüedad del edificio, era olor a suciedad, y hormigas en toda la Habitación) Atención de Recepción excelente, se reportó Pero solo se limitaron a “limpiar el ba?o y nada más” y limpiar entre comillas Pues quedó igual
