Guest：If you’re in Kathmandu especially the first time and don’t know the ins and outs or appreciate your creature comforts, this is the hotel for you. Full amenities in the room and the A/C works amazing. They have a kitchen and Bimsen the concierge handles everything for you from bringing luggage to and from you room and setting up a laundry service. After roughing it a bit in the mountains, this hotel was amazing!

Guest：Durban Heritage Inn is located on Z Street in Thamel, right in the centre of the shops, restaurants and nightlife. Rooms are large, clean and come with a fridge. Highest rooms are optimum as the lower rooms can be a bit noisier. Staff are excellent and very helpful. You can store your bag there while you go a hiking trek in the Himalayas.

Guest：Beautiful hotel!! We stayed here when we came to Kathmandu and this place was AMAZING! The hotel was so clean, beautifully decorated and the bed was VERY comfortable! The staff was so friendly and amazing as well! We would recommend this place to anyone who comes to Kathmandu!

Guest：Brand new hotel in the Thamel neighborhood. The hospitality of the owner, Dinesh and his staff is pure Nepalese graciousness of the highest oder. My room was clean and cozy. My bed, pillows and comforter made me feel like home. Bathroom was just fine everything worked toilets flushed and the water ran hot and cold. For $25 a night! If there is one drawback it is for people who need an elevator. Stairs only. I would stay there again without question. All the best to Dinesh and staff.
