Guest：The staff was great! It’s the room that was not ideal. The pillows were flat and very well worn. The bed was like laying on bricks basically. The morning before checking out I went to go take a shower and there was zero hot water. I even let the water run for 3-4 minutes with no change in the temperature. After paying $386 for one night, I would’ve thought that the amenities would’ve been better.

Guest：Beautiful historic hotel. The service by the staff was excellent, especially the valet area. The room was very well decorated and comfortable. The location was perfect for attending events at the T Mobile Center and Power & Light district. We will be back.
