Guest：Great interiors, terrible pool situation. The lack of exclusivity with the pool situation really lets this hotel down. Anyone from theneighbouring hotel (Hyde) can use it and it also offers day passes. It was packed the entire time and despite us staying in the hotel we weren’t able to get a sunbed. The lift system is also poor as it’s so slow. The rooms are lovely and clean and the interiors are great. Some of the staff go above and beyond and some are less helpful. Breakfast was good, and the cocktails are great. But overall - due to the pool I wouldn’t stay here again.

Guest：Gorgeous view of beach,lovely room. Its a shame you have to have a min spend to use the middle pool, in my opinion its silly and unnecessary. The beds are around the main pool are lovely and comfortable. Lovely breakfast.
