Guest：I'm coming back to this hotel after two years and I find that there are the same things to improve. I'm mainly referring to the breakfast. The lounge seems spacious, but at peak times it gets crowded. The main problem that persists is the availability of the products offered: most of the time many are missing from the offer and are replaced with delay or not at all. The offer is anyway very limited and seems to be mostly from the supermarket. Regarding the room, the bed is quite hard, and the pillows are very soft and uncomfortable. I couldn't understand if this hotel is classified as 3 or 4 stars. Maybe next time. Good luck!: 2025-03-01
