Guest：Very well behaved staff, very comfortable rooms, superb location, good breakfast and they provide us an extra bed without any extra charges, nice pool with scenic view and bonfire with music. All up to the mark. Only one issue is we have to Trek minimum 50 mtrs from delux roomd every time we go to pool or bonfire or restaurant that's a Lil minus for me. Ot hi erwise everything is very good.

Guest：Grand valley resort enjoys an excellent location in chithiapuram, only 5 km rishaw ride from the main center. It is built is small valley right in front of tea gardens. The resort rooms have wooden decor, very apt with hill station overlooking balcony where you can see acres of green tea gardens in the backdrop of nilgiri mountains. The restaurant overlooks the tea garden. The only negative part in the resort is the variety and quality of food offered. Also the dinner hall has loud music which makes the hill station tranquility experience completely negative.
