Guest：Great place to stay if you need to be around Circuit Makati. It’s 5 mins walking distance from Circuit and 10 mins by taxi to the Makati CBD. Good facilities - there’s a common kitchen with access to a microwave and a refrigerator. The Smart TV in the room is relatively modern with apps for most streaming services, though you’ll need to use your own account. The bed/mattress quality is very good for the price point. Decent shower pressure with unlimited hot water. The included breakfast is basic, but does the job. Parking is available on a first come first serve basis.
Guest：So disgusting all the 3 rooms that I booked was so smelly ?? rooms ate dirty, lot of cockroaches, pillows are so smelly and a lot of stain when they change the pillow case was so disgusted after seeing this I almost puke in the end me and my husband decided to sleep in our car as it was to late . 100% Wouldn’t recommend this hotel!

Guest：It’s not of the luxurious hotels in Makati, so you get a room with basic inclusions (bed, desk/chair, toiletries, tv). The room having a SmartTV was a plus for me. Booking comes with a plated breakfast which was just ok too (tapsilog & coffee). Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to just sleep in while you go around the Metro.
