Guest：酒店太远了，从河口湖站要走路19分钟，而且有一段路是乡野小路，碎石子拖箱子艰难。给安排在了二楼，没什么视野。
Guest：The hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were spacious, and the views from the windows were unobstructed.
Guest：We had the room with Mount Fuji view, the room is small but very clean! We enjoyed our stay here.
Guest：Here is the review : 1. The hotel is functional and thoughtfully organized 2. The front office staff are very polite and patient in explaining all the instructions to us. Even when we returne with more questions after the briefing the female staff attending to us was helpful and served with a smile. 3. The room has a usb charging adaptor that is helpful if we had forgotten to bring out adaptor 4. The breakfast venue overlooks Mount Fuji and a good visual start to the day. The breakfast is sufficient for the start to the day and the two staff on service duty are very hardworking and very attentive 5. There is the Bell mall nearby and other food options like Sukiya and Sushi and grilled meats 6. The room is small but it is comfortable and amenities are sufficient in their provision. 7. The onsen is a warm respite after a tiring day of walking and much appreciated
