  • Guest：We arrived the hotel around 2030 after 12+ hours flight. Waited a while for checking in. Really shocked to see that the room we got not tidy up. Went back to check in counter. Got the second room and same problem. Got the third room and sofa bed not setting up. More problem in the morning as taxi I booked only referred to my first room number and got the wrong car size even though I reminded the receptionist to make sure to change my taxi booking info. I know this is kind of budget hotel but a little touch on service will make this a very nice hotel
