Guest：Staff seem lovely - place is very clean and spacious! Maybe should have done research into the property. Smokers on the balcony & the balcony is connected and easily accessible for the neighbouring guests . Unable to use our balcony due to smokers on balcony and having a younger child beside two adults smoking right beside us and only a small gate between. Couldn’t open the curtains unless wanting the pub to see right in to the apartment. The shamrock is great for dinner and just walking over, but is pretty loud. Ideally not a place for a family unless attending events at the shamrock or a smoker who can sleep through the deep and meaningfuls of the neighbouring guests on the balcony. It is a great location to things. The toast, yoghurt, biscuits, tea& coffee with juice was a nice little bonus for their breakfast. But we won’t be returning!
