Guest：I stayed here every year in early August since 2021, However this year is a bit different. In the most respectful way possible staff have been a bit colder this year. Some of them have given attitude but most of them are very welcoming. Food was good as always, the pools were nice, they had a ping pong table and in General the stay was pleasant just that some staff haven’t been the warmest. A little side rant as well is that we had to wait over an hour for the staff to bring the robes and towels and they never came so when we went up to the front desk to ask about it the staff just gave us straight up attitude and acted like they were annoyed or bothered. Other than that it was a nice stay again.
