Guest：Perfect apartment in Belfast This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay! Spacious, clean, very well appointed right down to laundry soap. Fantastic location. Would definitely stay here again. Within easy walking distance of everything.

Guest：The worst customer service. The check in is the worst. They were not helpful at all. The whole lockbox and key is all backwards. The garage situation not much better got stuck in the wrong garage and said maybe the next day they could help us but not sure never checked back to see if we got out made us late retuning the car rental so was charged an extra 200.00 for late return. The floors were filthy if you walked barefoot from bathroom to bedroom your feet were black. Will not book ever again and would no recommend for clients as I am a travel agent.

Guest：Reasonable apartment in good location of Belfast The apartment is well situated for access to Belfast and there is plenty of space within the apartment. The finish in the apartment is very poor and some of it looks like it was a self dIY project, particularly the tiling and the kitchen cabinets. However, it was clean, well situated and reasonable value for money!
