Guest：The bathroom was not clean! The shower how the previous occupants shower gel running down the shower and it was full of hair! I had to clean it myself. Was not impressed
Guest：First night woke to use the restroom only to walk into a pool of water in the floor, not the best feeling in the middle of the night. Staff were accommodating and moved me to another room. Also, the place was very noisy, the sound of closing doors echoed down the hallway, not the alarm clock I was anticipating.
Guest：My bathroom smelled like an open sewer, was told that someone would check it Saturday morning. That didn't happen, when we returned back after concert Saturday night the smell was just as bad. The front desk, valet and bar/restaurant staff were very nice and friendly. Maybe IHG members should have access to the shuttle for trips to downtown stadium areas also.
