  • Guest：The walls seemed very thin. Could her the neighbor's talking and their tv. The emergency light in the ceiling flashed every 15 seconds. Shower design causes the water to splash all over the floor. Prices at the cafe were outrageous. Only cream for room coffee was powdered. Staff was courteous. Workout room was great.
  • Guest：This hotel was convenient, but we were on the street side, second floor, with an emergency room across the street. Very noisy. We should have specified the garden side of the building. We will request that next time we need to stay in Seattle. Otherw, very nice.
  • Guest：Absolutely lovely staff. From the front counter to the he cleaning crew. New linen and towels without me needing to ask.
  • Guest：The Courtyard strikes you as new, and the underground parking is a welcome amenity. My room impressed me with its eight sets of lights, a good indicator of its thoughtful design. It featured two comfortable queen beds and a useful sitting area with a pullout couch. Having two Samsung TVs and reliable internet speeds for streaming Netflix was also a bonus. Considering the room rate, I felt I got great value, even if I wished for complimentary breakfast and parking.
