  • Guest：Good location for theatre and shopping. Reasonable priced parking. Room comfortable, clean and quiet. Meal deal worth taking up. Would stay again
  • Guest：close to MK centre (shopping mall) price is good and rooms and bathroom are clean rooms on the street site are not noisy, rooms on the opposite side are very loud because of the disco during the weekend the bar is a nice place to meet worst check-in experience ever, no help to sort the issue about the family got rooms on different levels
  • Guest：Good value room and nice breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff. The only reason I didn't give a better review is because of the 'DIY' check in which I think is a really bad way to start a stay. There was no check in desk and I was directed to use the big screens. Not only does this take longer and require you to do something that used to be part of the included service, it also requires you to put personal details on a big screen which anyone behind you could see. In my case, despite putting in all my details, the check in machine did not work so I had to wait for a member of staff to check me in anyway. This all took about 10 minutes when the old process of being served at the check in desk would have taken about 2 minutes.
  • Guest：Really impressed how this Premier Inn surpassed my expectations. Much better than any Prem inns I’ve stayed before! Angelina the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful I noticed that when she wasn’t busy on reception, she helped out in the restaurant. Much to be commended. Well done to your staff.
