Guest：Pleasant stay, good base near beach and shopping. Diane and Chris lovely hosts. Diane works so hard. Room comfortable, bed large & comfy, tea, coffee, biscuits mints etc in room, plenty of hot water and fluffy towels. Breakfast fresh and hot served to taste as requested. Nice that there was a bar to sit in and have a chat. Good base for getting into Colwyn Bay, on a quiet road.
