  • Guest：Great little hotel in a great location for Victoria Warehouse, Man United ground. It’s very clean and welcoming. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Great value for money.

  • Guest：At check-in staff were very unfriended. The rooms were clean but outdated. The view from the window was great overlooking the water. The beds were comfy but the duvet was too thick and hot
  • Guest：My stay was very enjoyable. A spacious room with a comfortable bed with all your needed amenities in the room. Price was reasonable over New Year’s Eve / New Years Day. We had a room overlooking the main road but the rooms on the other side overlook the quay which is a good walk for anyone visiting Manchester.
