Guest：I was given room 118 on arrival and it looked over the carpark and garage at the front of the inn, during the night I was awakened by a noise and a trucks engine, I looked out of the window and noticed that the truck was driving off the garage, the problem I have is that once woken I find it hard to get back to sleep so I had a very long day, so if you go ask for an odd numbered room apart from that you will like the Falkirk North Premier Inn and Kincardine Way public house which is next door where the food is very nice and a number of beers is available

Guest：Super friendly staff that actually stood out compared to other premier inns. Very warm and welcoming. Breakfast and restaurant next door also stood out compared to others. Lovely welcome from the lady who used to be an estate agent, and even gave us tips on areas to explore! It's just guest relations online that lets Premier inn down, and the fact they don't seem to act on any of their policies and always have an excuse makes it frustrating! We will be returning to this premier inn again! ??

Guest：5 night stay , receptionist as always were friendly and welcoming. I have stayed here numerous times over the last two years due to my son's rugby but only for a night at a time. Room was clean and tidy and the bed as always very comfortable. I had the ultimate WiFi so i could use my fire stick, it worked fine. Rooms when you look closely need a touch up, understandably the odd chip and paint scratch. Had breakfast one day which is plentyful and a good price. Ate evening meal in the resteraunt on my last night, basic but well cooked, staff friendly. Always recommend staying here, good location to Edinburgh, Glasgow, fife and other areas

Guest：I stayed at the Premier Inn Falkirk North for 5.5 weeks for work during February and March 2026. The room were spacious and had everything I needed to live here comfortably during my stay. The beds are incredibly comfortable (I don't usually sleep well when I'm not home in my own bed, but this was the exception!). Rooms are cleaned to perfection, there is never any issue if you want extra towels. All the ladies on the reception were soo kind and lovely to me - nothing was ever too much trouble. I must mention Kirsty on Reception. She was a total darling. Such a kind and considerate lady and I felt like I had known her forever. A gorgeous person with a kind heart. Thank You All Ladies for Making me feel so welcome and looking after me.
