Guest：The location of Bitz Bintang Hotel is convenient, especially for Bukit Bintang area, but overall my experience was not very good. The room cleanliness was below expectations, and housekeeping needs improvement. Facilities and services felt quite average for the price. It may be okay for a very short stay, but I would not recommend it if cleanliness and comfort are a priority.
