Guest：Very friendly service. Owners are dedicate to help guest in all matters. We where hiking in Samnau and the location of the Hotel is excellent - near cable car. Good food and bar with terrace - and the view! Spectacular!

Guest：I stayed at this hotel for several days. The property is pleasant and reasonably priced in relation to the quality it offers. Regrettably, the experience concluded on a very negative note. After I had checked out and fully settled my bill, the hotel contacted me requesting payment for a dinner that I did not consume. I was sent an invoice without a signature or any supporting evidence linking the charge to me. No apology was offered, instead, I was informed that an internal investigation would be conducted. In addition, I felt that some members of the staff were less attentive to English-speaking guests and appeared to give preference to German-speaking customers. This further contributed to my dissatisfaction. Overall, this situation has left me disappointed and concerned about the hotel’s customer service and billing practices, and it has significantly affected my overall perception of the hotel.

Guest：Super leuke vakantie gehad! Mooie, nette kamer. Super vriendelijk personeel. Maaltijden met regionale verse producten. Hotelbusje naar de skilift en terug, skipas in hotel te verkrijgen. Sauna en infrarood sauna in hotel. Voor de mensen met hond, er vertrekken enkele winterwandelingen vlakbij het hotel, ook in de buurt mooie wandelingen te maken in de sneeuw met je viervoeter.
