  • Guest：A wonderful stay with friendly attentive staff, different food each night with lots of choice. Rooms were cleaned daily and very comfy and modern. We rented a car for 3 days through the hotel, service was quick and easy, transfer from airport was short and simple.
  • Guest：We have just had the best experience here. The hotel is lovely with clean comfortable rooms and a great choice of food and relaxing atmosphere. Gournes is a great base for exploring the island and Maria helped us with where to go and renting a car. Definitely recommend staying here.

  • Guest：Lovely clean room, such welcoming staff, they all have been so wonderful and friendly. Me and my partner have come here as our first solo holiday and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, where we have been really put at ease. Everything has been smooth and easy, with daily walks to the beach and a simple trip by bus into Heraklion! The food has been amazing as well, with a good selection for breakfast and dinner, we haven’t grown bored of the buffets and the food never disappoints. The staff really have gone above and beyond to welcome us and chat with us, we are definitely the youngest couple here at the moment but we have not been overlooked and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet get away no matter their age or demographic. Thank you to the wonderful staff and we hope to see you again soon on our next holiday :)
