  • Guest：Excellent property well maintained and welcoming. On arrival was met by Dawn who provided keys and showed us to room 3. Good size with small en suite to the front of the house. Very comfortable bed plus breakfast items. There is a car park opposite too. Close to town centre and all amenities. Would recommend for short breaks.

  • Guest：Lovely weekend away in Windermere, great location lots of restaurants and bars, 20 min walk down to the lake. The room was very clean and comfortable, nice and warm, and a friendly welcome. Breakfast you choose the night before and is freshly served in the breakfast room at your chosen time. Very relaxing stay, highly recommend, will definitely be back
