Guest：Its a ryokan with 85 yrs old history and seems to be family business as owner only can speak japanese. After some call using Trip app internet call, the owner sent a friendly philipino japanese guy to pick us up from Shinhotaka ropeway, which is very helpful as it was raining and location is uphill from nearest bus stop. Overall stay is unique experience of japanese traditional ryokan with dinner and bfast provided. On the checkout day, the owner personally sent us to Shinhotaka ropeway as it was snowing heavily, top notch for the service.
