Guest：We spent a lovely 4 days at this hotel Staff were friendly and helpful when booking and throughout our stay. The food was excellent and the room was spacious and well maintained. Surrounding countryside was lovely and our visit to the Morgan factory was very interesting.

Guest：This hotel was a good find, really friendly staff, excellent location in The Malvern Hills, ideally situated for walking and exploring the area. Room was comfortable, facilities good. Excellent breakfast and meals in the evening on the whole ok. Staff of note to mention, Suzanne on reception so friendly and helpful when we chose to extend our stay by another night and the breakfast staff - lady with glasses and long hair (didn’t get her name) lovely and gave us a view tips on where to walk

Guest：We stayed here twice, on our way to our holiday and on the way back. We loved it! The bedrooms are very comfortable. The staff are lovely and the food is amazing. the breakfast is one of the best I have had in a hotel. We shall be back! Highly recommend.
