  • Guest：Would stay again Great location next to old town. Breakfast was quite good and fairly diverse, with hot and cold dishes. Room had excellent ac! Service was great. Would definitely stay again when visiting Krakow.

  • Guest：The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our biggest problem was we booked a hotel with a lift as both of us have bad knees. When we arrived at the hotel, we found out our room was on the 4th floor and the lift only went to the 3rd. They wanted to move us to a lowet room that was so small you could barely walk around the bed. We paid extra to get a larger room on the 3rd floor. The breakfast that came with the room was not very appetizing.
