Guest：Cathy is a thoughtful and attentive host. She is personable and fun without being intrusive. She customized our breakfast and happily filled our requests. Our room was so comfortable and spacious. There was cable tv with premium services and a comfortable sitting area. There was also a small refrigerator in our room. We had a private bath as well. Medford is off the beaten path but it is a lovely town with a nice park and accessible to the California redwoods. Lots of nice touches in the BnB, you won’t be disapointed.
Guest：We chose to stay at The White House as a final night of a family trip to get out of hotels. This was THE BEST experience. Kathie, the owner, is amazing!!!! So personable and welcoming. The best in a Bed and Breakfast host -- very low maintenance, completely engaging when you want to be, but extremely relaxed and out of the way at the other times. The property is stellar. With rocking chairs on the beautiful porch in the front and a chicken running around in the back, Super fun and delicious choices for breakfast. A large and comfortable room. So picturesque. But really what makes a place stand out is the owner. And Kathie is the best. Would 150% stay here again. You should too!
