  • Guest：Everything was good, except, they forgot to do cleanup while I was out and just remember until later. It might have been communication issue. By that time, I just wanted to rest and told to just clean the bathroom, the bed was fine.
  • Guest：Be warned there is no microwave in the rooms to use and the restaurant manager will not let you use theirs unless you bought food there. Also the restaurant manager Esperanza kicked me and my dad out of the restaurant for having hot chocolate we bought next door even though we were hotel guest it was cold and in the middle of the night. I would not recommend staying here if your looking for comfort they don’t have a minimart and will not even give you water if you ask for it even though they say they give water on Christmas Day they did not and when we asked for a water the following day they said no.
